Over the past two years, this flagship Reading operation has averaged 100 property sales per month, with an average property value of £410,000. This generates an average proc fee in excess of £1,000 per case, alongside additional life assurance income and broker fees, resulting in an average case value of £3,000+. Advisors also regularly deal with high-value properties exceeding £1.5 million, creating outstanding high earnings potential.

Overview – Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Hybrid Mortgage Broker
As a Hybrid Mortgage Advisor, you will operate on a hybrid basis, combining time within a flagship Reading estate agency office with remote working. As a Hybrid Mortgage Broker, you will be fully embedded within a highly financial-services-focused environment, benefitting from consistent introductions and a proactive, experienced sales team.
Working 3–4 days per week within the Reading branch, the Hybrid Mortgage Broker will receive a strong and reliable flow of high-quality mortgage appointments. This structured model enables the Hybrid Mortgage Advisor to focus on advice and conversion, creating genuine high earnings without the pressure of full self-generation.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate as a Hybrid Mortgage Advisor working closely with a busy Reading estate agency
• Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice as a Hybrid Mortgage Broker
• Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and virtual client appointments
• Convert a consistent flow of high-quality mortgage leads
• Advise on residential, remortgage, buy-to-let, and high-value mortgage cases
• Deal with average property values of £410k and premium properties exceeding £1.5m
• Maximise proc fees, broker fees, and protection income per case
• Build long-term relationships with estate agency introducers and clients
• Maintain FCA-compliant advice standards and excellent client outcomes
• Manage pipeline efficiently to maximise high earnings performance
This Reading operation provides the capacity for a Hybrid Mortgage Advisor or Hybrid Mortgage Broker to achieve substantial annual bankings through proc fees, broker fees, and protection income.

Skills & Experience Required
• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
• Proven track record as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
• Experience working with estate agency or introducer-led business
• Strong knowledge of mortgages and protection products
• Commercially driven with a focus on high earnings
• Professional, confident, and client-focused
• Clean compliance and credit history
• Full UK driving licence
• Residing within reasonable commuting distance of Reading
