Role Overview

As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will work closely with experienced professionals to learn how to provide compliant mortgage and protection advice. As a Trainee Mortgage Broker, you will guide clients through the entire mortgage journey, ensuring excellent customer outcomes while developing your skills in a structured, supportive environment.

You will quickly gain exposure to the London mortgage market, supported by high-quality leads, modern systems, and a clearly defined earnings structure designed to deliver high earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of the mortgage market as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor

• Conduct fact-finds and client consultations under supervision

• Research suitable mortgage products from a wide lender panel

• Progress mortgage applications from submission to completion

• Liaise with lenders, solicitors and estate agents across London

• Maintain full FCA compliance at all times

• Build long-term client relationships as a Trainee Mortgage Broker

• Actively participate in structured training and mentoring programmes

• Work towards and exceed performance targets, unlocking high earnings

What We’re Looking For

• CeMAP 1 qualification (essential)

• Strong sales, customer service or client-facing experience

• Clean credit history and no criminal convictions

• Full UK driving licence

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A professional, positive and motivated attitude
