Role Overview

As a Mortgage Broker, you will operate on a home working basis, advising clients purchasing new-build properties throughout Lancashire, including Preston, Blackburn, Blackpool, Burnley and Lancaster. The role offers a ready-made pipeline of developer-generated leads, allowing each Mortgage Advisor to focus purely on advice and conversion.

• Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice as a Mortgage Advisor

• Target monthly bankings of £15,000–£20,000, supporting high earnings

• Maintain full FCA compliance and accurate client records

About You

• Fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor

• Background in new-build, shared-ownership or whole-of-market broking

• Comfortable operating in a home working role

• Highly motivated by performance and high earnings

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
