This role has been designed to deliver high earnings through a combination of strong estate agency introducer business, excellent property values averaging £480,000+, and consistent monthly sales volumes of 20+ properties. It is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated hybrid Mortgage Advisor seeking flexibility, stability, and long-term high earnings potential.

The business provides 30–40 pre-qualified, high-quality mortgage appointments per month, with advisers currently completing 10–12 mortgages monthly. Whether you are an employed adviser or a hybrid Mortgage Broker operating on a self-employed basis, this role supports sustainable performance and high earnings.

This hybrid Mortgage Advisor position operates on a flexible working model: 3 days in the Witney office, 2 days working from home, with just 1 Saturday in 4, worked remotely, allowing a genuine work-life balance while still achieving high earnings.

Key Responsibilities

As a professional hybrid Mortgage Advisor / hybrid Mortgage Broker in Witney, West Oxfordshire, you will:

• Conduct detailed, compliant client consultations to assess needs, affordability, and objectives

• Manage 30–40 pre-qualified mortgage appointments per month

• Consistently write 10–12 mortgage cases per month

• Provide whole-of-market mortgage advice tailored to individual client circumstances

• Explain mortgage and protection solutions clearly and professionally

• Manage the full mortgage journey from initial advice through to completion

• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and underwriters to progress applications efficiently

• Provide appropriate protection advice alongside mortgage recommendations

• Maximise estate agency introducer relationships to deliver consistent high earnings

The Ideal Candidate

This opportunity will suit a confident and driven hybrid Mortgage Advisor or hybrid Mortgage Broker who demonstrates:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker

• Strong whole-of-market knowledge and advisory capability

• Flexibility to work employed or self-employed

• For self-employed advisers: an existing client bank or lead source, benefiting from a financial retainer and higher commission splits on self-generated business, alongside additional quality estate agency leads

• For employed advisers: a desire to work with consistent, pre-qualified appointments and achieve high earnings without self-generation pressure

• Excellent communication, organisation, and case management skills

• A motivated, professional, and target-driven approach

• Competence using mortgage sourcing systems and CRM platforms

• CeMAP qualified (CeMAP 1, 2 & 3 or CF6 equivalent)
