The estate agency benefits from 70+ property sales per month, with average property values exceeding £400,000 and regular transactions up to £2.5 million, creating strong case sizes and excellent commission potential.

This position is ideally suited to a hybrid mortgage advisor seeking high-quality, estate-agency-generated leads, as well as an experienced hybrid mortgage broker with their own client base who wants to top up their pipeline with additional business while achieving high earnings.

The role is offered on a genuine hybrid basis, providing flexibility, autonomy, and outstanding high earnings potential without compromising work-life balance.

• 3 days per week office-based across Slough & Maidenhead

• 2 days per week working from home

Key Responsibilities

As a professional hybrid mortgage advisor / hybrid mortgage broker covering Slough & Maidenhead, you will:

• Conduct detailed, compliant client fact-finds assessing affordability, circumstances, and objectives

• Advise on the full whole-of-market mortgage proposition

• Present mortgage and protection solutions clearly and professionally

• Manage mortgage cases from initial advice through to completion

• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and underwriters to ensure efficient progression

• Deliver appropriate protection advice to safeguard clients’ financial wellbeing

• Maximise strong estate agency introducer relationships to consistently achieve high earnings

The Ideal Candidate

This opportunity will suit a confident and driven hybrid mortgage advisor or hybrid mortgage broker who can demonstrate:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker

• Strong whole-of-market mortgage knowledge

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A consultative, client-first approach to advice

• Strong organisation and case management capability

• A motivated, self-starting mindset focused on delivering high earnings

• Experience using CRM systems and mortgage sourcing platforms

• CeMAP qualified (CeMAP 1, 2 & 3 or CF6 equivalent)

For self-employed applicants, this role is particularly attractive to a hybrid mortgage broker with an existing client bank, benefiting from an initial financial retainer and enhanced commission splits on self-generated business, alongside additional estate agency leads and high earnings.
