You will deliver professional, compliant mortgage and protection advice remotely to clients across Berkshire, including Reading, Slough, Maidenhead, Bracknell, Windsor, Wokingham and Newbury, supported by a strong back-office function and a consistent flow of high quality leads.

Key Responsibilities – Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker

• Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice as a Mortgage Advisor and Mortgage Broker via telephone and video

• Manage and convert all high quality leads supplied by the business

• Deliver compliant advice in line with FCA and network standards

• Progress cases efficiently from application through to completion

• Build long-term client relationships to support repeat business and referrals

• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management

• Contribute to a culture focused on professionalism, service and high earnings

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker position, you will need:

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker

• Strong knowledge of residential mortgages, remortgages and protection

• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills

• Ability to work independently in a home-based environment

• Clean credit history and a full UK driving licence
