The Role – Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker

As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor based in Stevenage, you will:

• Deliver mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients

• Conduct compliant fact finds, affordability assessments and product research

• Learn to manage and progress a pipeline of mortgage applications

• Build strong relationships with clients and estate agency colleagues

• Develop into a confident Trainee Mortgage Broker operating within FCA guidelines

This role is designed to support long-term development while delivering high earnings through consistent lead flow and structured support.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals who are serious about building a career in mortgage advice. To be considered, you must have:

• CeMAP 1 qualification (essential)

• A background in sales, estate agency, retail or customer-facing roles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A client-first, consultative approach

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

• Clean credit history and no criminal convictions (FCA requirement)
