Role Overview – Romford

As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor in Romford, you will:

• Conduct initial client consultations and gather full fact-find information

• Learn to assess client affordability, eligibility and lending options

• Research suitable mortgage and protection solutions from a wide whole-of-market lender panel

• Support clients throughout the full mortgage application journey

• Liaise with lenders, solicitors and estate agents to ensure smooth completions

• Build strong, long-term client relationships and referral networks

• Consistently work towards and exceed sales and performance targets

• Attend structured training, coaching and compliance sessions

• Work closely with senior advisors to develop your technical knowledge and advisory confidence

• CeMAP 1 qualification (essential)

• Basic salary: up to £25,000

• Financial guarantee: up to £31,000 (including car allowance) for your first five months

• Commission structure: 10% – 25% on all banked revenue

• Year 1 OTE: £45,000

• Year 2 OTE: £75,000 – £90,000+
