The role – Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker

As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor based in Dagenham, you will work closely with the estate agency team and follow a structured development plan designed to take you from trainee level through to full mortgage competence.

This role is also perfectly suited to a motivated Trainee Mortgage Broker who is keen to develop strong client relationships, build a personal pipeline and achieve high earnings through performance and progression.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working directly alongside estate agency colleagues in Dagenham to promote mortgage and protection services

• Delivering compliant, holistic and client-focused advice journeys

• Building relationships with buyers, sellers and existing clients

• Managing customers from initial enquiry through to application and completion

• Maintaining excellent levels of customer service and communication
