Key Responsibilities

As a remote mortgage advisor / mortgage broker, you will be responsible for:

• Providing whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to clients across the UK

• Working with all pre-qualified leads provided by the business

• Conducting all appointments virtually and by telephone

• Managing cases from initial enquiry through to completion

• Delivering compliant, client-focused advice in line with FCA standards

• Maintaining accurate CRM records and case files

• Working closely with internal case managers and compliance teams

• Keeping fully up to date with lender criteria, products and market changes

• Generating additional business through referrals and repeat clients to further enhance high earnings

This position enables a high-calibre mortgage advisor to focus on client outcomes, conversion and service quality while maintaining strong operational efficiency.

Package, Earnings & Support

• Basic salary of £27,000 – £29,000 (including car allowance)

• Financial guarantees of up to £800 per month for the first six months

• Commission payments of up to 25%

• Realistic and achievable high earnings with OTE of £55,000 – £65,000+ (uncapped)

• Fully home-based working model

• All leads provided

• Laptop, CRM and sourcing systems supplied

• Full administration, case management and compliance support

• Ongoing training, coaching and professional development

Candidate Requirements
