As a home-based remote mortgage advisor, you will work exclusively with high-quality new-build and shared-ownership enquiries generated through long-standing developer and housing-partner relationships across Essex.

Main Duties

As a professional remote mortgage advisor / remote mortgage broker covering Essex, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a daily flow of high-quality new-build and shared-ownership leads generated by developer partnerships

• Providing whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to homebuyers

• Conducting all client appointments remotely via telephone and video

• Working closely with developers, clients, solicitors and lenders to progress cases smoothly

• Managing applications from initial enquiry through to offer and completion

• Targeting monthly banking levels of £15,000–£20,000, generating consistent high earnings of £3,000–£4,000+ per month in commission

• Working closely with internal administration and compliance teams to maximise completion and client outcomes
