Key Responsibilities – Mortgage Administrator / Mortgage Admin
As an experienced Mortgage Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient processing of mortgage and protection cases.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing the full end-to-end mortgage and protection administration process
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, lenders, solicitors, and advisers
• Providing outstanding customer service throughout the mortgage journey
• Uploading documentation to lender portals and ensuring compliance standards are met
• Maintaining accurate records and managing pipeline cases effectively
• Liaising with mortgage brokers, business development managers, and solicitors
• Resolving queries efficiently and professionally
• Highlighting additional services such as wills and financial planning to generate bonus opportunities
• Consistently working towards performance and service targets
• Supporting the wider team and contributing to business growth
This is a fully remote working but within 1.5 hour commute of Bath role offering flexibility while remaining part of a collaborative team.

Requirements – What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this Mortgage Administrator / Mortgage Admin role, applicants must have:
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Administrator or Mortgage Admin (essential)
• Strong knowledge of mortgage processes, compliance, and lender requirements
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident communication and professional telephone manner
• Experience using lender portals, CRM systems, Excel, and Teams
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
