Key Responsibilities – Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker
As an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, your responsibilities will include:
• Providing whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
• Managing new and existing client relationships
• Converting 8–10 qualified leads per week into applications
• Advising HNW and high-value property clients
• Accessing and maximising branch client database opportunities
• Identifying remortgage and protection opportunities
• Working closely with estate agency teams and introducers
• Delivering excellent customer service and compliance standards
• Achieving and exceeding targets to maximise high earnings
• Maintaining strong relationships with lenders and business partners

• Excellent customer service and relationship skills
• Target-driven mindset focused on high earnings
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Clean credit history and background
• CAS status desirable but not essential
