• Provide expert, whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to clients across Norfolk

• Work from pre-qualified leads supplied by estate agency partners

• Manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion

• Deliver compliant, customer-focused advice at all times

• Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat/referral business

• Maintain accurate records in line with FCA and company standards

• Manage your own diary and pipeline effectively in a home-based environment

• Work closely with admin and compliance teams to maximise conversions

• 💰 Basic Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 (including car allowance)

• 💰 Financial Guarantee: Up to £800 per month (first 6 months)

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this remote mortgage advisor / remote mortgage broker role in Norfolk, you must have:

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker

• Proven track record of achieving targets and generating high earnings

• Whole-of-market mortgage and protection experience

• Ability to work independently in a home-based environment

• Strong communication, sales and relationship-building skills

• Up-to-date knowledge of lender criteria and the mortgage market

• Suitable home office setup with reliable internet
