The Opportunity – Sales Consultant / Part Exchange & Group Clients Sales Consultant
As a Part Exchange & Group Clients Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing relationships with corporate clients, property developers, estate agents, and internal teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient property sales process across your designated UK region.
Operating in a high-performance, high-service environment, you will be dealing with clients across the UK via telephone and email, building strong relationships and delivering a first-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities – Sales Consultant
Manage and develop relationships as a Sales Consultant with corporate clients, developers, estate agents, and legal teams 
Handle property sales across Part Exchange, Assisted Move, and Quick Purchase schemes 
Receive, process, and manage appraisal requests and marketing instructions efficiently 
Deliver a high level of service in line with client SLAs and expectations 
Act as a key point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the property transaction process 
Provide detailed reports, recommendations, and supporting evidence to achieve sales objectives 
Proactively chase estate agents, clients, and third parties to ensure timely progression of cases 
Liaise with external suppliers including RICS surveyors, contractors, and third-party service providers 
Maintain accurate records and audit trails using internal CRM systems 
Build and maintain strong relationships through telephone communication, email, and stakeholder management 
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market intelligence and competitor analysis 
Work collaboratively within the Part Exchange & Group Clients team to ensure service excellence 
Promote a “one business” ethos across the wider organisation

About You – Sales Consultant
To be successful in this Sales Consultant / Part Exchange & Group Clients Sales Consultant role, you will demonstrate:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
Experience within customer service, sales, telesales, retail, estate agency, or property services 
A professional and confident telephone manner 
Excellent organisational and time management skills 
The ability to manage workload independently while working as part of a team 
Strong IT skills and the ability to maintain accurate records 
A proactive, target-driven mindset with a desire to achieve high earnings 
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent customer service
