The Role – Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker

As a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker, you will:

• Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients 

• Manage a busy pipeline with 2–3 completed mortgage cases per week 

• Work with pre-qualified leads generated by the estate agency 

• Conduct detailed fact-finds and recommend suitable mortgage solutions 

• Identify and maximise protection opportunities including life insurance and income protection 

• Build strong relationships with estate agency colleagues to maximise lead conversion 

• Deliver a high-quality, compliant customer journey in line with FCA regulations 

• Work in a performance-driven environment focused on high earnings and client outcomes

About You – Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker

To be successful in this Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker role, you will:

• Be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) 

• Have proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker 

• Demonstrate a strong track record of mortgage and protection sales 

• Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills 

• Be highly organised with the ability to manage a busy pipeline 

• Be driven, motivated, and focused on achieving high earnings 

• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle 

• Have a clean credit history and meet FCA regulatory requirements

• Average case size circa £2,000, generating strong commission per case 

• Typical output of 2–3 mortgages per week 

• Minimum earnings of £200 per case, with uncapped potential 

• Realistic opportunity to exceed £70,000+ OTE
