The Bristol office is a high-performing hub, regularly handling property transactions up to £1.3m, with an average loan size of £350,000 and in excess of 200 properties sold per month. This environment enables a driven Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to consistently achieve high earnings through strong lead volumes and an established client base.

Key Responsibilities

As a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker based in Bristol, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing 8–10 new mortgage appointments per week from high-quality estate-agency-generated leads

• Providing expert mortgage and protection advice tailored to individual client needs

• Delivering whole-of-market solutions as a trusted Mortgage Advisor and Mortgage Broker

• Proactively working the extensive client database to identify remortgage and protection opportunities

• Collaborating closely with estate agency colleagues to maximise referrals and completions

• Maintaining strong compliance standards and up-to-date product knowledge

• Building long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals

• Consistently working towards high earnings through structured targets and commission

What We’re Looking For

To succeed as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker in Bristol, you will ideally have:

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)

• Proven experience working as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker

• Strong understanding of residential mortgage and protection products

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A proactive, sales-driven approach to achieving high earnings

• Confidence working within an estate-agency-led environment

• A professional, client-focused mindset
