Your Role as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker:

• Deliver expert, whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice

• Manage a busy pipeline of new business and existing client relationships

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of mortgage products, lender criteria, and market trends

• Work with clients from first-time buyers to home movers and remortgage clients

• Ensure a smooth, compliant process from fact-find to completion

• Contribute to the branch’s success and meet/exceed performance targets

 

 

What We're Looking For:

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) – essential

• Proven background as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker

• Solid track record in mortgage and protection sales

• Highly organised with excellent communication and client relationship skills

• A self-starter who thrives in a high-volume, target-driven environment

• Full UK driving licence and own transport

• Clean credit history and no unspent criminal convictions
