This is a fantastic opportunity for a remote mortgage advisor or remote mortgage broker to work from home while advising clients across the UK, with access to pre-qualified leads, existing clients, and full administrative support, enabling you to focus purely on delivering advice and maximising high earnings.

With approximately 80% of appointments coming from an established existing client base and the remainder from pre-qualified new leads generated via multiple sources, this is a genuine opportunity to achieve consistent performance and high earnings.

The Role – Remote Mortgage Advisor / Remote Mortgage Broker

As a remote mortgage advisor / remote mortgage broker, you will:

• Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to clients across the UK 

• Conduct appointments via telephone, video, and remote consultations 

• Work with a mix of existing client reviews and new pre-qualified leads 

• Manage your own pipeline efficiently to maximise high earnings 

• Deliver a fully compliant, customer-focused advisory service 

• Identify opportunities for remortgage and protection business 

• Stay up to date with lender criteria, products, and FCA regulations

Client & Lead Flow

• 80% Existing Clients: Regular remortgage reviews and repeat business 

• 20% New Leads: Generated via website enquiries, marketing, and estate agency overflow 

• All leads are fully pre-qualified by a dedicated team, ensuring high-quality appointments 

• Consistent weekly pipeline of 7–9 appointments 

This structure allows every remote mortgage advisor / remote mortgage broker to focus on conversion and achieving high earnings.

About You – Remote Mortgage Advisor / Remote Mortgage Broker

To be successful in this remote mortgage advisor / remote mortgage broker role, you will:

• Be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) 

• Have at least 12 months’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker 

• Possess strong knowledge of remortgage and protection products 

• Be confident working remotely and managing your own diary 

• Have excellent communication and client relationship skills 

• Be motivated by performance and achieving high earnings
