This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a true Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Hybrid Mortgage Broker capacity, splitting your time between a busy estate agency office in Stanford, Essex and a supportive, established office in Canvey Island.

Overview – Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Hybrid Mortgage Broker Role

As a Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Hybrid Mortgage Broker, you will work closely with a high-performing estate agency team in Stanford 2–3 days per week, building rapport, generating business, and maximising lead conversion. The remaining 1–2 days will be spent in the Canvey Island office, supported by a strong infrastructure and experienced administration team.

You will benefit from:

• 40+ qualified mortgage leads per month 

• No cold calling – all leads provided 

• Strong estate agency and introducer relationships 

• Average case values of £2,100+ 

• Advisors banking £17,000+ per month 

This role is perfectly suited to a driven Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Hybrid Mortgage Broker looking to maximise high earnings within a structured, supportive, and high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities – Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Hybrid Mortgage Broker

• Provide whole-of-market advice as a Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Hybrid Mortgage Broker 

• Work between Stanford estate agency and Canvey Island office 

• Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and virtual client appointments 

• Handle 2–3 mortgage cases per week with full admin support 

• Advise on residential mortgages and associated protection products 

• Build strong relationships with estate agents and introducers 

• Manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion 

• Maintain FCA-compliant advice standards and deliver excellent outcomes 

• Maximise conversion rates and consistently deliver high earnings

Skills & Experience Required

• Fully qualified Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker (CeMAP, MAQ, CF1 & CF6) 

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in mortgage advice 

• Proven track record in a sales-driven environment 

• Strong knowledge of residential mortgages and protection 

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills 

• Professional, driven, and motivated to achieve high earnings 

• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between locations
