Role Overview – Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker

As a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker based in the Sandbach branch, you will work closely with a busy estate agency team, receiving a steady flow of high-quality leads and appointments.

You will benefit from:

• 10+ warm mortgage appointments per week 

• No cold calling – all leads provided 

• Strong pipeline of new and existing clients 

• Average case sizes of £2,500 

• Property values ranging from £270,000 to £800,000+

Key Responsibilities

• Provide whole-of-market advice as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker 

• Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and virtual client appointments 

• Convert estate agency leads into completed mortgage business 

• Advise on mortgages and associated protection products including life insurance, critical illness, and income protection 

• Proactively contact existing clients for remortgage and protection opportunities 

• Manage your pipeline from enquiry through to completion 

• Build strong relationships with estate agency staff and introducers 

• Ensure FCA-compliant advice and deliver excellent client outcomes 

• Consistently achieve targets and maximise high earnings potential

Skills & Experience Required

• Fully qualified Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker (CeMAP, MAQ, CF1 & CF6) 

• Proven experience in a mortgage advisory role 

• Strong knowledge of residential mortgages and protection products 

• Experience working within estate agency or introducer-led environments preferred 

• Ambitious, target-driven, and motivated by high earnings 

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills 

• Clean credit history and full UK driving licence
