As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor in Crewe, you’ll receive structured training, hands-on mentoring, and daily support to build your confidence and competence. Your role will involve:

• Conducting fact finds and affordability assessments.

• Researching products from a wide panel of lenders to provide whole-of-market advice.

• Preparing and submitting accurate mortgage and protection applications.

• Managing client relationships across Crewe, ensuring a smooth journey from application to completion.

• Advising on protection products including life, critical illness, and income protection.

• Working towards sales targets while learning best practices from experienced advisors.

Essential criteria:

• CeMAP 1 qualification (minimum) – essential to begin advising.

• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, property, or financial services.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients.

• Full UK driving licence and ability to commute to the Crewe office.

• Motivation, resilience, and commitment to complete CeMAP 2 & 3 with full support.
