The Opportunity – Remote Mortgage Advisor / Remote Mortgage Broker

As a remote mortgage advisor / remote mortgage broker, you will play a key role in supporting clients purchasing new build properties and shared ownership homes across the West Midlands. You will work closely with new build developers, introducers, and one of the UK’s largest shared ownership lead sources.

This remote mortgage advisor / remote mortgage broker role offers genuine high earnings potential through a combination of pre-qualified leads, strong conversion opportunities, and the ability to generate additional business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Management:

Receive 10–12 high-quality new build mortgage and shared ownership mortgage leads per week from established introducers, developers, and national partnerships. 

• Client Advisory:

Provide expert, whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice as a remote mortgage advisor / remote mortgage broker, guiding clients through the new build and shared ownership purchasing process. 

• New Build & Developer Relationships:

Work closely with new build developers across Birmingham, Coventry, Wolverhampton, and surrounding West Midlands areas to support buyer conversions and mortgage completions. 

• Shared Ownership Expertise:

Advise on shared ownership mortgages, helping first-time buyers and affordable housing applicants secure suitable financing solutions. 

• Business Development:

Proactively build relationships with local developers, estate agents, and introducers to further enhance lead generation and maximise high earnings. 

• Pipeline Management:

Manage mortgage cases from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring a seamless customer journey and high levels of client satisfaction. 

• Remote Working:

Operate fully as a remote mortgage advisor / remote mortgage broker, managing your own diary, workload, and client interactions from home with full IT support provided.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experienced remote mortgage advisor or remote mortgage broker with a proven track record 

• Strong knowledge of new build mortgages, new build developers, and shared ownership mortgages 

• Full CeMAP (or equivalent) 

• Experience working in a whole-of-market environment 

• Ability to convert high volumes of leads into completed mortgage business 

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills 

• Highly self-motivated, organised, and driven by high earnings 

• Based in the West Midlands (Birmingham, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Walsall, Solihull etc.) 

• Full UK driving licence 

• Clean credit history and compliance record
