The Role – Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker

As a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker based in the Derby flagship branch, you will:

• Receive daily high-quality mortgage leads from a proactive team of introducers 

• Provide expert, whole-of-market mortgage advice tailored to individual client needs 

• Work with clients purchasing properties up to £850,000 

• Access a large, warm, and unrestricted existing client database 

• Deliver remortgage solutions to existing clients, maximising repeat business 

• Offer protection advice alongside mortgage solutions to increase revenue streams 

• Build strong relationships with estate agency staff and clients
