The Role – Home-Based Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker

 

As a home-based mortgage advisor / mortgage broker, you will:

 

Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice across the UK

Conduct appointments via telephone and video consultations

Manage a consistent pipeline of pre-qualified leads and existing clients

Deliver compliant, client-focused mortgage advice

Identify remortgage and protection opportunities

Maximise conversions and achieve high earnings

 

This role is ideal for a driven mortgage advisor or mortgage broker who thrives in a remote, performance-focused environment.

 

Lead Source & Pipeline

80% existing client base – repeat and remortgage business

20% new leads – website, marketing, and introducers

All leads pre-qualified by a dedicated team

7–9 appointments per week

 

This structure allows every home-based mortgage advisor / mortgage broker to focus on conversions and achieving consistent high earnings.

 

About You – Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker

 

To be successful in this home-based mortgage advisor / mortgage broker role, you will:

 

Be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)

Have at least 12 months’ experience as a mortgage advisor / mortgage broker

Possess strong remortgage and protection knowledge

Be confident working in a home-based mortgage advisor / mortgage broker environment

Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Be motivated by performance and achieving high earnings
