The Role – Mortgage Sales Manager / Mortgage Manager

As a mortgage sales manager / mortgage manager, you will lead, develop, and grow a team of mortgage and protection advisors across key locations within Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing, mentoring, and developing a team of 10–12 mortgage advisors 

• Driving team performance to achieve and exceed targets, ensuring high earnings across the team 

• Conducting regular 1-to-1 meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews 

• Supporting advisors with case progression, compliance, and conversion 

• Recruiting and onboarding new brokers to expand regional coverage 

• Working closely with senior leadership to deliver strategic growth 

• Building strong relationships with estate agency introducers 

This is a hands-on leadership role for a mortgage sales manager or mortgage manager who leads from the front and drives high earnings through performance.

About You – Mortgage Sales Manager / Mortgage Manager

To be successful in this mortgage sales manager / mortgage manager role, you will:

• Have experience as a mortgage sales manager / mortgage manager, or be a senior mortgage advisor ready to step up 

• Possess strong whole-of-market mortgage knowledge 

• Have experience working with estate agency introducers 

• Be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) 

• Demonstrate strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills 

• Be highly motivated by performance and achieving high earnings 

• Hold a full UK driving licence and be flexible to travel
