The Role – Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Hybrid Mortgage Broker

As a hybrid mortgage advisor / hybrid mortgage broker, you will:

• Work within a hybrid model combining office and home working 

• Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice 

• Manage a pipeline driven by estate agency referrals 

• Convert high-quality leads into completed mortgage cases 

• Achieve high earnings through strong performance 

You will benefit from a high quality of leads, allowing the mortgage advisor or mortgage broker to write 14–16 mortgages a month, as well as quality leads, full mortgage admin support is also provided to ensure a smooth business, enabling you to focus purely on advising and closing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate as a hybrid mortgage advisor / hybrid mortgage broker 

• Deliver expert advice across residential, remortgage, and buy-to-let cases 

• Offer protection products including life, CIC, and income protection 

• Build strong relationships with introducers 

• Manage and convert a steady flow of leads 

• Write on average 14–16 mortgages per month 

• Maintain compliance and high service standards 

• Maximise high earnings through performance
