As a mortgage advisor / mortgage broker, you will be embedded within a busy Kents estate agency branch in Rochester, benefiting from:

• 7–10 high-quality mortgage appointments per week 

• A strong database of existing clients for remortgage opportunities 

• Property values typically ranging from £400,000 to £700,000+ 

• A consistent pipeline designed to deliver high earnings

Key Responsibilities – Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker

As a mortgage advisor / mortgage broker, you will:

• Provide expert, whole-of-market mortgage advice (residential, remortgage, buy-to-let) 

• Advise on protection products including life cover, critical illness, and income protection 

• Convert estate agency leads into completed mortgage applications 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and introducers 

• Manage your pipeline effectively to maximise high earnings 

• Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations

About You – Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker

• Be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)

• Possess strong knowledge of mortgage and protection products 

• Be confident, professional, and client-focused
