The Opportunity – Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker

As a mortgage advisor / mortgage broker, you will be embedded within a busy estate agency branch in Portsmouth, receiving 7–10 high-quality appointments per week.

You will benefit from:

Key Responsibilities

As a mortgage advisor / mortgage broker, you will:

• Provide whole-of-market mortgage advice (residential, remortgage, buy-to-let) 

• Advise on protection products including life cover, critical illness, and income protection 

• Convert estate agency leads into completed applications 

• Build long-term relationships with clients and introducers 

• Manage your own pipeline and maximise high earnings 

• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations
