Our client the market leader in protection advice is seeking a highly organised, hands-on, and proactive Head of Operations to support the business through an exciting phase of operational and technology-driven growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving operational challenges and is equally comfortable coordinating strategic initiatives whilst getting directly involved in execution and delivery. The role will also involve steady state work supporting the CEO with the day-to-day operations.
Working closely with the leadership team, the successful candidate will oversee and help drive the implementation of multiple operational and technology initiatives designed to improve efficiency, scalability, reporting, workflows, and customer experience across the business. The role will also involve steady state work supporting the CEO with the day-to-day operations.
They are looking for someone who is a genuine “doer”, highly organised, detail-oriented, and willing to get stuck in operationally to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

Skills & Experience
Essential
· Experience in operations, transformation, project management, or operational delivery roles
· Strong organisational and coordination skills
· Experience overseeing implementation of operational or technology initiatives
· Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
· Experience improving operational workflows and processes
· Strong problem-solving and prioritisation skills
· Excellent communication and follow-through
Desirable
· Experience within financial services, insurance, wealth management, or professional services
· Experience working in founder-led or growth-stage businesses
· Exposure to CRM, workflow, reporting, or operational systems implementations
· Familiarity with project management or workflow tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Asana, or Trello
· Experience supporting operational scaling and business transformation initiatives
