Our Client is the market leader in Protection advice and due to ongoing success requires an additional Paraplanner.

Role Purpose:
The Paraplanner – Adviser Team provides high-quality technical and administrative support to advisers in the delivery of life insurance advice. This role is responsible for preparing quotes and suitability reports, client communication on behalf of advisers, conducting product research and ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant and timely.

The position enables advisers to focus on client relationships and strategic planning by managing key elements of the advice process behind the scenes, contributing to both efficiency and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

·         Advice Preparation Support

·         Draft tailored suitability reports on protection advice.

·         Ensure reports align with the adviser’s recommendations and comply with regulatory standards.

·         Review client fact finds and meeting notes to inform advice documentation.

·         Technical Research & Analysis

·         Conduct product and provider research to support adviser recommendations.

·         Compare costs, features and performance across solutions to aid in client outcomes.

·         Keep up to date with insurance products, legislation and compliance requirements.

·         Adviser Workflow Management

·         Liaise with advisers to prioritise tasks and manage the timely delivery of advice documents.

·         Work alongside the new business processing team to track progress of client cases and flag outstanding items or risks proactively.

 

Compliance & Quality Assurance

·         Ensure all client files are file check ready and meet internal and FCA documentation standards.

·         Review and follow up on compliance feedback and file checks.

·         Collaboration & Operational Support

·         Work closely with the New Business processing team to streamline handovers.

·         Provide support for internal projects and process improvements where required.

This is a hybrid role with some office attendance required. Salary £50-£70,000 doe
