• Contacting existing clients to review mortgage and protection arrangements
• Conducting full fact-finds, affordability checks, and suitability assessments

• Managing mortgage applications from enquiry through to completion
• Building strong relationships with estate agency colleagues and introducers
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process
• Ensuring FCA and company compliance standards are maintained at all times

Experience & Requirements

To be considered for this Mortgage Advisor opportunity in Sheffield, applicants must possess:

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) – essential
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
• Strong mortgage and protection product knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Sales-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and within a successful team environment
• Clean credit history and no criminal convictions
• Full UK driving licence
