The Opportunity
This Trainee Mortgage Advisor role provides the opportunity to work closely with highly successful estate agency teams to generate mortgage and protection business from warm leads and existing customer relationships.
The successful Trainee Mortgage Advisor will be responsible for learning how to deliver high-quality mortgage and protection advice whilst building long-term relationships with customers and introducers.
You will have access to the full mortgage market, enabling you to provide tailored mortgage solutions and protection advice suited to each customer's individual needs while developing into a successful Mortgage Broker.
The Thanet property market continues to generate strong property transaction levels and excellent opportunities for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to maximise business levels and high earnings.
Key Responsibilities – Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker
As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
• Learning to provide expert mortgage and protection advice to customers
• Accessing whole-of-market mortgage products to find suitable solutions
• Building strong relationships with customers and estate agency teams
• Proactively generating and converting new business opportunities
• Managing mortgage applications from enquiry through to completion
• Delivering excellent customer service throughout the mortgage process
• Maintaining FCA compliance standards at all times
• Generating repeat business and customer referrals
• Maximising protection and ancillary income opportunities
• Developing into a successful Mortgage Broker
Experience & Requirements

• CeMAP qualification or currently studying towards CeMAP preferred
