The Role – Mortgage Sales Manager / Mortgage Manager
As a Mortgage Sales Manager / Mortgage Manager, you will take responsibility for managing, coaching, and developing a team of Mortgage Advisors and Mortgage Brokers across Hertfordshire and Essex.
You will play a key role in driving performance, improving conversion rates, supporting advisor development, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing, mentoring, and developing a team of 10–12 Mortgage Advisors and Mortgage Brokers
• Driving sales performance and achieving business growth targets
• Conducting regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and one-to-one meetings
• Supporting advisors with mortgage cases, protection sales, compliance, and conversion strategies
• Recruiting, training, and onboarding new Mortgage Advisors
• Building strong relationships with estate agency partners and introducers
• Working closely with senior leadership to drive regional growth
• Monitoring FCA compliance and maintaining high professional standards
• Delivering a culture focused on customer service, performance, and high earnings

About You – Mortgage Sales Manager / Mortgage Manager
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
• Experience as a Mortgage Sales Manager, Mortgage Manager, Mortgage Team Leader, or Senior Mortgage Advisor
• Strong whole-of-market mortgage knowledge
• Experience working with estate agency introducers
• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
• Excellent leadership and coaching abilities
• Strong people management and recruitment experience
• Proven ability to drive sales performance
• Passion for developing advisors and building successful teams
• Full UK Driving Licence
