The role would suit an ambitious and experienced Mortgage Advisor seeking the flexibility of self-employment while benefiting from a consistent flow of high-quality estate agency referrals.
The Opportunity
Working on a hybrid basis between home and the estate agency branch, you will provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to clients generated through estate agency introductions as well as your own network and client bank.
This role offers the ideal platform for a motivated Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker looking to maximise earnings, build long-term client relationships, and grow a highly profitable business.

The Role
As a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker, your responsibilities will include:
Providing expert whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
Managing and converting qualified mortgage leads
Conducting client consultations via face-to-face, telephone, and video appointments
Building strong relationships with estate agency teams and introducers
Identifying and maximising protection and insurance opportunities
Developing your own client bank and referral network
Managing remortgage and retention opportunities
Ensuring all business is conducted compliantly and in line with regulatory standards
Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the client journey

Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must possess:
Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
Proven ability to generate and convert mortgage business
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
A customer-focused and professional approach
Clean credit history and no unspent criminal convictions
Full UK driving licence
Desirable
Existing client bank
Previous experience working with estate agency introducers
Strong protection sales background
