The Opportunity
Working alongside an established estate agency team, you'll provide expert mortgage and protection advice to customers purchasing their first home, moving home, remortgaging, or investing in buy-to-let property.
With a consistent flow of warm estate agency introductions and dedicated administrative support, you'll spend your time advising clients and building relationships rather than chasing paperwork.
The Rochester (Medway City Estate) branch consistently generates excellent business levels, providing ambitious Mortgage Advisors with exceptional earning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
As a Mortgage Advisor, you will:
• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice
• Recommend suitable mortgage and protection solutions tailored to individual customer needs
• Promote Legal & General protection products
• Build strong relationships with estate agency colleagues and introducers
• Generate additional business opportunities and referrals
• Manage mortgage applications from enquiry through to completion
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage journey
• Maintain FCA compliance at all times
• Achieve and exceed sales and performance targets

Experience & Requirements
To be considered, you should possess:
• CeMAP 1 qualification (or equivalent)
• Full UK driving licence
• Previous mortgage, financial services, banking, estate agency or sales experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Customer-focused approach
• Motivated, target-driven attitude
• Professional and well-presented manner
• Ability to work successfully within a fast-paced environment
