Cameron James Professional Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with one of London's most respected mortgage brokerage firms, based in prestigious offices in the heart of Mayfair.
Due to a significant increase in qualified leads from several well-established High-Net-Worth estate agency brands across Greater London, our client is seeking experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join their growing team.
This is a rare opportunity to work within a highly professional environment, benefiting from a substantial volume of qualified mortgage leads, excellent administrative support and outstanding long-term earning potential.

The Opportunity
Working alongside an established and successful team of mortgage professionals, you will receive between 10 and 12 qualified mortgage appointments per week, generated by a network of trusted estate agency introducers located throughout London and the M25.
You will meet clients both face-to-face within the Mayfair offices and remotely via telephone, Microsoft Teams and Zoom, providing expert mortgage advice and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The client base is predominantly professional, affluent and high-net-worth, creating opportunities to work on larger loan sizes and higher-value mortgage cases.
Typical Business Levels
• 10-12 qualified mortgage appointments per week
• Average mortgage loan size of approximately £420,000
• Average case value of £1,800
• Typical conversion of 2-3 mortgage sign-ups per week
• Access to High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients
• Property values regularly exceeding £1 million

Key Responsibilities
• Provide professional mortgage advice to new and existing clients.
• Conduct appointments face-to-face, by telephone and via video conferencing.
• Manage a consistent flow of qualified mortgage leads.
• Build strong relationships with clients and introducers.
• Recommend suitable mortgage solutions tailored to individual circumstances.
• Ensure all advice is delivered in accordance with FCA regulations.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards throughout the mortgage journey.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to maximise client outcomes.

About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you should possess:
• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
• Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor, Mortgage Broker or Mortgage & Protection Advisor
• Strong knowledge of residential mortgage products and lending criteria
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing a high volume of client appointments
• A professional, consultative and customer-focused approach
• Clean credit history and regulatory record
