The Opportunity

Working from a thriving estate agency branch in Basildon, you'll provide professional mortgage and protection advice to a wide range of clients purchasing properties across Essex.

You'll receive a consistent flow of 8-10 pre-qualified appointments each week, generated by the in-house estate agency team, together with access to an extensive existing client database for remortgage, product transfer and protection opportunities.

The Basildon property market remains exceptionally strong, with average property values of around £350,000 and many properties exceeding £700,000, creating excellent case values and outstanding earning potential.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide whole-of-market mortgage advice.
• Recommend suitable protection solutions.
• Manage clients from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Build strong relationships with estate agency colleagues and customers.
• Maximise remortgage and protection opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service whilst maintaining FCA compliance.

About You

To be considered, you'll ideally have:

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
• Strong mortgage and protection knowledge
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A customer-focused and target-driven approach
• Full UK driving licence
• Clean credit history and regulatory record
