Unlike many protection roles where advisors are expected to generate their own business, every opportunity is referred directly by an experienced Mortgage Advisor, allowing you to focus entirely on delivering high-quality protection advice and maximising your earnings.

The Opportunity
Our client has long-established relationships with many of the UK's leading estate agency brands and employs a substantial network of successful Whole-of-Market Mortgage Advisors across the country.
Working alongside a dedicated team of approximately 20 Mortgage Advisors, you will receive a continual flow of warm, qualified protection referrals generated from completed mortgage appointments.
Your role is to provide expert protection advice, ensuring every client receives suitable recommendations whilst delivering outstanding customer service.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Remote Protection Advisor, you will:
Advise clients on their protection requirements following mortgage referrals.
Recommend suitable protection products including:
Life Insurance
Critical Illness Cover
Income Protection
Family Income Benefit
Relevant Life Policies
Mortgage Protection
Accident, Sickness & Unemployment Cover
Complete compliant fact-finds and suitability reports.
Conduct appointments over the telephone and video.
Build long-term relationships with clients.
Maximise every protection opportunity referred by Mortgage Advisors.
Manage your own diary whilst working remotely.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the advice process.
Achieve monthly banking and commission targets.
Earnings & Benefits
Up to £35,000 Basic Salary
20% commission on all business banked
Typical monthly banking of approximately £15,000
Typical monthly commission of around £3,000
Realistic OTE of £70,000+

Previous experience as a Protection Advisor, Protection Broker or Protection Consultant.
Experience advising on Life Insurance, Critical Illness and Income Protection.
Excellent communication and telephone-based sales skills.
Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivation and excellent organisational skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Proven experience working towards banking and sales targets.
Professional, compliant approach to financial services.
While CeMAP 1 is not essential upon joining, successful applicants must be willing to achieve this qualification within six months of employment.
