The Role
Working from a thriving estate agency branch in Brentwood, you'll provide professional mortgage and protection advice to a wide range of clients purchasing and refinancing properties across Essex and the surrounding areas.
You'll receive a consistent flow of approximately 8-10 pre-qualified appointments each week, generated by the in-house estate agency team, together with access to an extensive existing client database offering additional remortgage, product transfer and protection business.
This is not a role where you'll be expected to generate all of your own business. You'll be working alongside an established and proactive estate agency team that understands the importance of introducing mortgage clients and providing its Mortgage Advisors with a strong pipeline of quality leads.
The combination of quality leads, whole-of-market mortgage advice, an established client bank and uncapped commission provides genuine potential for successful Mortgage Advisors to achieve earnings of £60,000 - £85,000+.
Alongside the Brentwood role, the business also has Mortgage Advisor roles available in the following branches:
Dagenham
Basildon
Billericay
Chelmsford
Applications are therefore welcomed from experienced Mortgage Advisors and Mortgage Brokers throughout Essex and East London.
Your Responsibilities
Provide professional whole-of-market mortgage advice
Recommend suitable protection solutions to clients
Manage clients from initial enquiry through to mortgage completion
Build strong relationships with estate agency colleagues and customers
Maximise mortgage, remortgage, product transfer and protection business
Proactively manage your existing client database
Deliver exceptional levels of customer service
Maintain the highest standards of FCA and regulatory compliance
Work closely with the branch team to maximise every available lead
About You
To be considered, you'll ideally have:
Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent
Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor, Mortgage Broker or Mortgage & Protection Advisor
Strong mortgage and protection knowledge
Experience working within an estate agency environment would be advantageous
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, customer-focused and target-driven approach
The ability to maximise leads and develop long-term client relationships
Full UK driving licence
Clean credit history and regulatory record
