Salary: £27,000 basic salary + £2,500 car allowance

Realistic OTE: £65,000 including commission

Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Start Date: ASAP

Working Pattern: 5 days per week, including Saturdays (2 Saturdays off per month)

What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you'll work closely with customers and estate agents to understand clients' financial needs and help them find suitable mortgage and protection solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting customers throughout their mortgage journey, from initial enquiry through to completion.

Providing high-quality mortgage and protection advice.

Working proactively with our estate agency teams to generate new mortgage leads.

Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.

Researching the mortgage market and identifying suitable products for individual customers.

Developing strong relationships with estate agents and other business partners.

Managing your mortgage pipeline and keeping customers updated throughout the process.

Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.

Following FCA regulations, company procedures and compliance requirements.

Developing your knowledge and expertise to progress towards becoming a fully qualified Mortgage Advisor.
