Our client, a leading independent Accountancy firm in the North East, is seeking to appoint a Tax Senior to its existing team.

Duties for the Tax Senior:

-manage a portfolio of clients consisting of sole traders, limited companies and sole traders
-prepare and submit self-assessment and corporate tax returns
-liaise with clients regarding tax liabilities
-identify tax planning opportunities
-assist the tax manager with ad-hoc projects

Experience for the Tax Senior:

-CTA or ATT qualified would be advantageous but not essential
-experience within a tax role in a UK Accountancy firm setting
-strong communication skills
-strong accountancy IT skills
-organised
