Our client is seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Advisor to join a friendly and professional broker in the Stockport area to provide client service support to a portfolio of new and existing commercial clients within their motor trade and courier department.

Main duties will include;

To assist with providing quotations for new and existing customers
Ensuring the task diaries are kept up to date
Providing support to other members of the operations department as required
Issuing mid-term amendments.
Issuing all member documentation in an accurate, efficient and timely fashion
Raising underwriting concerns and rating the risks appropriately.
Taking first notification of loss for all claims enquiries
Dealing with basic accounts queries and referring over to the accounts department as appropriate

It is essential that applicants have a minimum of 2 years Motor Trade, Taxi, Courier or Fleet insurance experience along with a good understanding of FCA guidelines.

Our client requires a competent and sales driven insurance professionals who can hit the ground running with minimal training needs.

Experience with meeting new business targets is desirable.

Due to location, a full UK driving licence and own transport would be very advantageous
