Job Information

We are working with an established and reputable organisation and they are looking for experienced Sales Rep to join their growing teams.

Basic salary is 23-25k, plus Bonus (30k OTE).

Reporting to the Head of Heating & Renewables your main objective will be to achieve maximum sales by taking qualified leads and converting the leads into direct sales to customers. The core product offering will be replacement boilers with the potential to have added value products installed.

Key duties and Experience Required;

•Follow up on Pre-Qualified leads
•Promote and sell to existing and new customers through the "able to pay" based approach.
•Demonstrate products and services to existing/potential customers and assist them to make decisions to suit their needs.
•Establish, develop and maintain a good relationship with current and prospective customers in your within agreed catchment areas to secure qualified leads
•Book appointments and visit customers
•Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
•potential, determine the value and quality of existing and prospective leads
•Provide management with written reports on customer needs, problems & resolution, competitive activity and new opportunities
•Participate in team meetings regularly

For this role it is essential that candidates have proven experience working within direct sales and ideally have experience within the energy (or similar) sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, plus the ability to work to targets and hold strong time management skills.

Knowledge and experience of energy efficiency products would be a distinct advantage.
