Job Information

We are working with an established and reputable organisation and they are looking to build one of their field based sales teams.

Basic salary is 18-20k plus Bonus (60k OTE). They are looking for 10 people and these are an immediate need.

Working on pre-qualified, door-assessed customer appointments in Cambridge or Suffolk, you will be responsible for conducting Energy Efficiency Assessments and also selling a range of products in customer's homes (Boilers and Wall Insulation).

For this role candidates will need to have experience selling to consumers in their homes (any products) on pre-organised appointments. Key duties/ experience required;
•Excellent customer service with an honest and positive manner
•Great at building rapport with customers using a consultative approach
•Ability to convey information in a simple and understandable way to customers
•Good attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
•A driven, self-motivated team player
•Working to sales targets and adhering to company KPI's and SLA's

Technical support and technical training on all products will be provided. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, plus the ability to work to targets and hold strong time management skills.
