My client who is based in Crewe is looking for a Part-Time Payroll Administrator to join their busy team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-known company who has seen considerable growth within the last year and is still continuing to grow.

The company is looking for someone who can hit the ground running so previous experience in RTI and workplace Pensions is essential. You must be able to prove a good knowledge of processing a high number of staff.

Main Duties

• Management of the monthly and weekly payrolls for around 600 hundred staff
• Work closely with HR regarding Starters and leavers, pay reviews and bonus payments
• In depth knowledge of Tax, NI, SSP and SMP
• Bacs payment runs
• Weekly and monthly payroll journals
• Dealing with any queries
• Looking after payroll calculations, PAYE, NI and any other deductions


Offering a competitive salary of £17,500 pro rata per annum. This is based on working 3 days a week.
