An excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Account Handler has come available within a reputable and long established Insurance Broker in the Birmingham Area.

Role Requirements:
•Dealing with a book of existing customers providing high service levels taking inbound calls and attending face to face meetings.
• Conducting mid-term adjustments, renewals and new business quotations on an SME to Corporate level.
• Providing a first class customer service experience for all clients with regards to a broad range of risks and industry sectors.
• Compliance with FCA guidelines.
• Working closely with other Account Handlers and Executives.
• Cross selling where possible to existing clients.

Candidate Requirements:

It is essential that candidates have previous commercial property insurance experience and ideally have experience of business interruption, property owners liability, directors and officers liability, engineering and inspection, contractors all risks/contract works and professional indemnity insurance.

Candidates must be a minimum of Dip CII qualified

A strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel would be considered essential and previous use of the Acturis platform advantageous.
