Cameron James Professional Recruitment are working with a business service provider, based in Oxfordshire, who are looking to appoint a HR Administrator to work closely with the HR Director and provide the necessary support in order to provide a knowledgeable and excellent Human Resource service to the business. The HR Administrator will also provide PA support to the directors and support the delivery of the HR strategy and take a participative role in the overall delivery of the Business Plan.

Responsibilities:
• To support the HR Director in the implementation of the HR strategy and other identified projects and initiatives
• Support the Implementation of HR processes, policies and standards, positively influencing cultural change
• Communicate internally and with external agencies
• To support the HR Director in attracting and retaining talent with responsibility for staff recruitment below Manager level
• Negotiate and agree SLAs with relevant external recruitment agencies and media within predefined budgetary guidelines
• Ensure all staff are adequately trained; maintain appropriate training plans and evaluation of training
• Negotiate and agree SLAs with external training specialists. Network with agencies to seek out grants and funding where available. Work closely with managers to ensure up to date Job Profiles and Training Needs are identified before recruitment.
• Provide administrative support to directors
• To support site administration and health and safety
• General understanding of Health and Safety legislation and updates
• Able to extract and update information through the effective use of IT
• Looks at ways for improvement; makes recommendations and implements as appropriate
• Supports the HR Director in ensuring the site operates efficiently and safely; maintains high standards

Person Specification:
• Educated to A level or equivalent
• Previous HR experience would be advantageous
• Second Language would be advantageous
• Educated to Degree level or equivalent
• CIPD qualified or pursuing
