Our client is an authorised representative within the financial sector. They are seeking a Outbound Life Insurance Sales advisor to join their expanding team in the Birmingham area.

In the role you will be working from freshly generated leads, calling customers to discuss their Life Insurance requirements.

Working to strict KPI targets, you will be expected to sell policies fairly and compliantly, always meeting customers demands and needs. With this in mind, it is extremely important that candidates have a strong understanding of FCA guidelines.

In return for the above our client is offering a competitive basic salary and very generous bonus package.

Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months life insurance experience and be very target driven.

Please note that candidates would be self employed within this company, with a view to move into a permanent role following probation period. A company accountant is available to assist with tax and national insurance contributions and basic salary and bonus is paid on a monthly basis.
