My client a well-known company is currently looking for a Payroll and Benefits Manager to join their company on a permanent basis. This is excellent opportunity to join a National Company that has seen considerable growth and very exciting changes.

You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience and a knowledge of Payroll and statutory payroll regulations.

Assisting in preparing payroll including new hires, transfers, promotions etc
Providing first point of contact for employees and managers
Administering necessary calculations i.e SMP, SSP etc
Updating, processing and inputting information to the HR and Payroll system
Ensuring all databases are regularly maintained
Liaising and responding with outside bodies such as courts, banks and Inland Revenue
Dispatching pay slips on a monthly basis
Maintaining a filling system
Making suggestions for and assisting in the revision of procedures
Maintaining filing systems
Supporting annual benefits
Any other ad hoc duties

My client is looking to interview as soon as possible and paying a salary of up to £23,000 dependent on experience.
